At Hawkins Homes, we work hard to ensure that the home you move into is of greater value than what you paid for it.
In fact, our goal is to deliver you more ‘house’ for your money than any other builder on the market – it’s something we’ve been doing for Aucklanders since 2018.
Delivering value for money and quality builds you can rely on
We deliver this value for money because we cut out the middleman. There are no franchise fees, hidden in your costs like those bigger group builders, or built-in sales commissions and fees – you’ll work directly with the owner of the business and that means costs savings.
You can rely on the quality of our build. We are members of New Zealand Certified Builders and we provide a 10-year guarantee for each of our homes. Importantly, we have had many successful years in business and are financially secure. More than 95% of the homes we build are funded by the purchaser so we’re a cashflow positive company. That means you can have peace of mind knowing that we will build your home on-time and on budget.
With progress stage payments you only pay for work that has been completed not for work in advance. You also own the section, so you are not exposed at any stage with this process.

We are also Members of NZ Certified Builders and our team are Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP) – so you won’t find us cutting corners.
